SMS / Messaging Terms
Last updated: September 5, 2026
These terms govern text messages exchanged through OrderLine, the messaging service provided by North Valley Technologies LLC (d/b/a OrderLine) on behalf of the hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses that use it.
The program
OrderLine lets you communicate with a business — for example to make a request, place an order, ask a question, or receive updates about it — by texting that business's phone number. Messages are conversational and are sent in response to your messages and requests.
Opt-in / consent
You opt in by texting a business's OrderLine number. By doing so, you agree to receive text messages from that business through OrderLine relating to your requests and your stay or visit. You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you use.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with the business (for example, how many requests you make).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your plan with your mobile carrier. OrderLine does not charge you a fee for the text messages themselves.
Opt-out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending you messages, except that you can text the business again at any time to resume.
Help
Reply HELP for help, or contact support@orderlinesms.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and network conditions.
Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in information or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
