This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses OrderLine and is part of our Terms of Service. Its goal is simple: keep messaging safe, wanted, and lawful.

- send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, threatening, or abusive content;
- send prohibited or high-risk content in violation of carrier and CTIA rules (for example, content relating to illegal drugs, unlawful firearms, hate speech, or unlawful sexual content), or the categories commonly restricted as "SHAFT" (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) where prohibited;
- send phishing, malware, or fraudulent messages, or impersonate any person or business;
- collect or use others' personal information unlawfully, or share message recipients' opt-in data for others' marketing;
- interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its security;
- resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
Business responsibilities
